Friday morning slow flowTake your vinyasa flow and slow it way down. In this 60 minute slow flow class you’ll experience familiar vinyasa flow poses and sequences with an emphasis on breath and allowing enough time in the pose to really feel into the embodied experience of the shape. Props are provided and encouraged, as are variations in order to meet you where your body is at today. Register Now
